We had a wonderful experience at Ruth’s Chris to start off the New Year. The service was excellent attentive, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Nick and Casey provided outstanding service and helped make the evening smooth and enjoyable. Management was equally impressive. Eva and Traci were present, professional, and clearly attentive to both guests and staff, which elevated the overall experience. A great way to begin the year, and we look forward to returning.

One of the best steakhouses as far as food goes. Their prep of steaks is awesome and tastes delicious. Service is always top notch. Make your reservations early before you get to the island as this location is always busy. Checkout the porterhouse special for two which includes 2 sides and 2 deserts. A deal compared to ordering separate.

My partner and I go here for every special date. What keeps us coming back is the consistency. You want a perfectly cooked steak and delicious sides? Its exactly that every single time. Service is impeccable, and they make an espresso martini with fresh espresso that is just to die for. Absolutely delicious.

Dined at Ruth’s Chris last night and had a very enjoyable experience. The price point and service were reasonable, right around mid-level for what you’d expect. The lobster and steak combination was excellent, and the Caesar salad was fresh and flavorful. The warm bread served at the start of the meal was also a standout. For dessert, we tried the Chocolate Sin Cake. While it was definitely a calorie bomb, it was absolutely delicious. Overall, the quality of food and service made it well worth the price, and I left feeling very satisfied.

Loved the food which was fresh, hot and delicious. The service was excellent . Our waiter was funny and very attentive and helped us by suggesting certain things on the menu for us to try out. The was calm and quiet. Will definitely be going back when I visit Honolulu again

Great Ruth's Chris. In addition to some of the best steaks on the island, the lamb chops were even better. Huge side potions. Service and atmosphere are top notch and they validate parking from the garage. If you're looking for a great steakhouse in town, this is your spot.

Ruth’s Chris has one of the best filet mignon steaks on the island. It comes out sizzling in butter and is absolutely delicious. Their appetizers were also great—we ordered the Caesar salad and the calamari, both of which were tasty and well-prepared. The mashed potatoes were excellent, and the lobster mac and cheese was rich and flavorful. Our server provided outstanding service from start to finish. Overall, I’d give this place a 10/10 and highly recommend it!

Phenomenal!!!! From start to finish, our dining experience was outstanding! ALL of the staff was WONDERFUL! Our server, Mel, was nothing short of exemplary. She truly made our visit special. Mel exceeded our expectations with amazing customer service , extreme kindness and constant attention on serving us. Every detail, from the service to the meal, was executed with care and excellence. Perfectly cooked steak/lamb chops, rich flavors, and classic service. This is the kind of experience we will remember for a long time, and we can’t wait to return next year. Tracey (Manager) you are doing a wonderful job with this location. Thank you all for making my husband’s birthday dinner memorable.
